Our streets are filled with organisations that strive to provide positive contributions to their local areas and make up the essential fabric of our communities. We aim to shine our Pillars of the Community spotlight upon the longstanding institutions, beloved businesses and outstanding charities that fill East London, and beyond.
In this episode, we are turning our focus to the amazing, award-winning team at Mexican Seoul.
Mexican Seoul is a Korean-Mexican feel-good street food brand based in Bow Wharf. Known for their inspired cheffing and big flavours, the team have won over 15 awards at Wing Fest in the last 4 years! We sat down with founder Ashley and general manager Patrik to chat about their journey from food stalls and festivals to thriving in their Victoria Park restaurant.
