Since 2016, Pillars Brewery has developed into a successful, independent lager brewery with a reputation for great quality lagers. Pillars sell direct to customers all over London. We have built up a strong reputation as a friendly, family-run business and seek someone who is both personable and punctual to provide the high-standard service our customers expect. We are looking for a confident driver who also enjoys talking to our customers. Proficiency in driving a large van is essential. We will arrange both van and public liability insurance, along with providing a comfortable Pillars-branded uniform.
Primarily, the Delivery Driver will be expected to load the van and deliver beer using an itinerary provided by Pillars.
We are seeking an active applicant who can comfortably lift items weighing up to 40kg.
This is more than just delivering beer! You will play a pivotal role in face-to-face customer interaction. We expect you to speak to customers, get feedback on our products and provide a positive customer experience.

Record all deliveries using software provided |

Ensuring all empty kegs are returned from customers |
Maintain a tidy work van |

Perform well in all driving KPIs |
Complete all deliveries each day |

Have excellent time keeping |
Complete weekly van checklist |

Communicate well with the sales and delivery team highlighting any issues as soon as they arise |
Provide excellent customer service for our customers |
